Manufacturing is an industry that fosters creativity and innovation while using the latest technology to make products for a wide array of needs—from every day use to sending people into outer space. Our nation’s prosperity depends on a strong manufacturing industry.
Strengthening Colorado’s Workforce
Our programs provide training opportunities in welding and machining starting with foundational courses and progressing to advanced manufacturing techniques.
The average starting income is between $16-$20 per hour. When you excel and apply yourself, you can make upwards of $25-$40 per hour.

Contact Janet Colvin, Manufacturing Pathways Coordinator, to schedule a tour of CCD’s AMC. Generally, 40-minute tours are scheduled on Fridays, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Group tours for high school students and nonprofit organizations available.
